You will enjoy staying in this comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in South Brisbane. The current house mates will make you feel welcome.
It is a peaceful and quiet environment suitable for university or young professional working in South Bank, West End or the CBD.
The rooms all contain 2 beds and the weekly rent includes all bills (internet, NETFLIX, electricity and water). Laundry powder, cleaning products and toilet paper are also included in the price.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen containing a large refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, fruit blender, utensils, plates and cutlery. No need to bring anything - and if anything is missing, I will cater for it.
The apartment is fully-furnished with all bedrooms having built-in wardrobes containing plenty of hanging and storage space. The apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Dryers are also available in the building that are located on level 1.

** About Me ** My name is Jason and I am an IT Consultant living in West End. I do not live in any of the rental apartments but I am available at short notice if required. I have a few apartments available for rent and people are always coming and going. They generally give me 2 weeks' notice so even if you need a place in the next few months, you are welcome to contact me now and I will let you know when a bed is available.
