Property Gallery are looking for a Strata Manager to manage a wide range of strata property's in Western Australia.
Tasks you will be responsible for include:
The management of residential and commercial strata roll
Building and maintaining stakeholder ships
Attending and Charing all AGM's for your allocated portfolio
What we would love for you to bring to the team:
Prior experience as a strata manager
Self-driven and motivated to succeed and grow
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fantastic time management and organisation skills
Motivation and willingness to continue to learn.
What we will offer you:
Minimum 1(One) Day a week work from home.
Support from our amazing support staff who help you do smaller tasks that can be time consuming so you can focus your time on the clients.
