Osprey Village, South Hedland, provides a rare living experience in hassle-free, quality rental accommodation and is ready to move in.

The Osprey Village is a joint initiative, sponsored by the Housing Authority, Royalties for Regions, and Fleetwood. Osprey consists of 293 dwellings and provides affordable high-quality housing in Port Hedland. Fleetwood built, and now operates the Village for the Housing Authority. The Village consists of one, two and three bedroom houses and provides great community living. The Village features

a parkland barbeque area, playground, community room, fully maintained gardens and buildings, CCTV security and an onsite management team.

Spinifex Spree is back! 🎡🎢

Port Hedland's biggest free community event returns to Town Oval on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 July.

Rides, sideshow alley, Eat Street, market stalls, live music and roving performers all weekend, plus fireworks lighting up Saturday night from 8pm. Deva Mahal takes the stage Friday evening, plus a full lineup of family entertainment including the Bubble Canteen, Play Date by ATQM, and Creature Corner for the little ones.

New this year: Quiet Hour, 11am–12pm Saturday. 🤫 A lower-sensory window for those who are sensitive to noise and lights.

There’s something truly special about starting the day at Osprey Village. From golden sunrise views to the peaceful surroundings, our community continues to offer a place residents are proud to call home.

We’re also excited to share that we’re currently refreshing our homes and village spaces, with fresh new paint and beautifully enhanced gardens underway. 🌿🎨 These updates are all part of our commitment to creating a comfortable, vibrant and welcoming environment for everyone.

Osprey Village Community Centre is there for you to use, free of charge. 🤝

Have an event coming up? Book your date and the space is yours. Kitchen, bathroom, tables, chairs, everything you need is already set up. We've seen it host hens parties, baby showers, a weekly Bible study group, and even a wedding.

Whatever you're planning, this space can hold it.

One of the little things we love about being part of Osprey Village is you don't have to worry about the upkeep.

Every year, we take care of pest control, electrical RCD and smoke alarm checks, and a full clean and service of your air conditioners.

All included, no extra cost, because when you're home you should feel cared for. 🏠🪴

Family is at the heart of Osprey Village, and we love finding ways to include our residents’ kids in seasonal moments.

This Easter, our walls were filled with colouring pages from our artists-in-training, alongside a classic “guess the number of eggs” competition. 🐰🐣
