Relocating back to Australia after years abroad is a significant transition.

Having lived in Melbourne previously, our client had a clear sense of the areas that suited him and the lifestyle he was returning to. Proximity to green spaces and walking trails. A home that was spacious, functional and turnkey.

What he needed was someone on the ground. But more than that, someone who understands the way Melbourne property actually transacts.
