On Wednesday evening, Far East Consortium welcomed a select group of Melbourne's leading agency partners and industry professionals to our 640 Bourke Street Display Gallery.

The evening marked an exciting milestone for the project, with guests among the first to hear that FEC Constructions has been appointed as the builder for 640 Bourke Street as the development progresses towards construction.

We were also pleased to host an informative session on Australia's evolving Anti-Money Laundering (AML) framework, with special thanks to Alfie Stowers from PEXA for sharing his valuable insights and expertise with attendees.
