We are thrilled to announce that our latest project, Seamstress Apartments, has been successfully completed and our happy clients are finally calling it home! 🎉

This is a milestone achievement for us, as we faced many challenges and hardships due to the COVID pandemic; from lockdowns, supply-chain shortages, health and safety protocols, and many other unforeseen obstacles. But we didn't give up on our vision of creating a modern and sustainable living space for those that we are lucky enough to welcome.

We want to thank our amazing team of architects, engineers, contractors, and workers for their dedication, hard work, and resilience. We also want to thank our loyal clients for their patience, trust, and support. We couldn't have done this without you. 🙏

Years of hard work finally paid off last Tuesday night, with Yarra council issuing a Notice of Decision to Grant a Planning Permit!

Coming soon to 288 Johnston Street Abbotsford - 73 over-sized luxury apartments, 14 levels (including a 3-level basement), ground floor retail and hospitality, all within moments from everything the inner north is renowned for.

It's been a little over 12 months since our valued clients began calling Brasshouse home, and what a journey it was! We are incredibly proud to have completed the project during the height of COVID, with 9 levels (including a 3-level basement), 48 apartments, and a ground floor commercial space.

With a string of recent acquisitions and plenty in the pipeline, we can't wait to share our upcoming projects so stay tuned!

We are proud all purchasers will soon call Brasshouse home. As a way of saying thank you for their commitment to the project and K7 Developments, subject to the terms and conditions, all purchasers of each apartment who have completed their purchase, will be entitled to enter a draw, collectively with a one in 49 chance of winning a new Tesla model 3.

The draw will be conducted as part of a champagne and canapés event, held at Brasshouse in the comings weeks to welcome all new residents.
