Out and about with the team today to show them some of the houses that are coming through the pipeline.

One of our company behaviours is ‘we coach and mentor each other’ so I took the team to a few builds at various stages to show them what happens before a slab is poured, a house at frame stage, a house at lock up and a house getting internal fixings competed.

It helps them to see the work that goes into the properties we build before they get to fill them with tenants.

Cracking day for it too. The weather was incredible 💙

Jo and I began converting standard investment properties into co-living spaces to bring sustainable and affordable accommodation to the Perth market, whilst creating high returns on investment for investors. In order to manage the growing demand for these co-living spaces, Jo created JNG Property Group; a bespoke property management company that specialises in co-living accommodation.
