My super talented assistant is 'expecting' very soon... This has created a position available immediately.
It’s not glamorous and probably won’t be your dream job… It will be fun (sometimes) and rewarding (almost all the time).
And I’m not the best agent in Perth, there are too many of those already, however, I'm lucky enough to have amazing clients who come back to me over and over again that I’d like to be able to spend more time negotiating on behalf of.

The position includes writing property descriptions, putting out signs, preparing contracts, arranging home open times, meeting building inspectors, photographers etc etc etc…
Flexible with hours if you’ve got small humans to care for.
In a perfect world you would have a Real Estate reps license and can speak Chinese/mandarin or similar... (none of these a deal breaker!)

Manners and respect for EVERYONE 100% essential and non-negotiable.
