After leading LJ Ho**er Toowoomba and LJ Ho**er Commercial Toowoomba for 34 years, Julie and I are delighted to announce the addition of our son, Chris Stewart - LJ Ho**er Commercial, as a full partner and Director in our real estate business.

Chris, a third-generation real estate professional, follows in the footsteps of his well-known grandmother and beloved Toowoomba Real Estate Icon, Claire Stewart.

The introduction of a third-generation Stewart to the role of General Manager for LJ Ho**er Toowoomba, LJ Ho**er Commercial Toowoomba, and Southwest Queensland is exciting and presents many opportunities for growth and diversification.

In his capacity as Director and Partner, Chris will oversee day-to-day operations in Toowoomba and Western Queensland, while Julie continues to lead Property Management for both commercial and residential properties in Toowoomba and throughout Queensland. I will maintain my role as CEO, overseeing LJ Ho**er Group's comprehensive business operations and special projects.

From my perspective, witnessing Chris and his cohort of like-minded young real estate professionals tackle the challenges and opportunities within our marketplace and Queensland at large is enthralling and exciting.
