When you buy a property, there are two sides of the table.

The vendor has professional representation. Someone whose entire job is to get the best result for them.

Most buyers don't have anyone doing the same for them.

That's not a criticism of selling agents - it's just the reality of how the process works. And once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Richmond, secured against competition ✅️

My clients came with a clear brief and we stuck to it. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, car storage, a study, and a location that puts everything at their doorstep. When other buyers started circling, we were already ahead of it.

A stunning terrace in one of Melbourne's most liveable pockets, walking distance to shops, cafes, bars and transport. The kind of property that earns its price tag.
My clients are absolutely wrapped and honestly, so am I. They can not wait to get in and start enjoying everything this home has to offer.

Congratulations to two wonderful clients, and thank you MRE | Melbourne Real Estate for a smooth and professional process 🤍

The fear of overpaying is real.

So is the fear of missing the one that was actually right.

If you're stuck somewhere between the two, that's exactly what I'm here for 😊

Four inspections today. The last one looked genuinely good - great floorplan, well-presented, fantastic area. Easy to fall for on paper and in person.

But the condition of the home told a different story.

✖️ Rusted gutters
✖️ Termite damage
✖️ Restumping required
✖️ Leaking roof

All of it hiding neatly behind the furniture and the fresh styling.

This is exactly why I physically inspect every property before my clients ever set foot inside!

Access isn't the advantage.

Research is.

Off-market can absolutely lead to great outcomes. But the exclusive call from an agent doesn't change whose interests they're protecting.

Seaford, purchased before auction ✔️

We knew competition was building, so we moved with a clear strategy and got in front of it. My clients secured this beautiful beachside home without ever stepping foot in an auction.

Tucked in one of Seaford's most sought-after pockets, walking distance to the beach, shops and schools. The kind of property that doesn't last long on the market.

The original owner - the only owner - was thrilled to hand the keys to a young couple ready to make it their own. That detail stays with me every time.

Congratulations to my wonderful clients, and a big thank you to for a smooth and professional process from start to finish 🤍

Yesterday, I had the privilege of sponsoring and attending the Big Heart Lunch.

It was an incredibly special event raising funds and awareness for families facing some of the most challenging times of their lives.

For me, this cause is deeply personal.

Many years ago, my son Max underwent multiple life-saving heart surgeries. During those long and uncertain days, we called the Koala Ward home. The support, care and compassion we received helped carry us through moments that felt impossible. They became our lifeline, helping us get through one day at a time.

What many people don’t realise is that congenital heart disease is the most common birth defect in Australia, affecting around 1 in every 100 babies born. That means approximately eight Australian families every single day receive a life-changing diagnosis.

Being in the room yesterday and hearing the stories of other families was a powerful reminder of just how important this work is. No family expects to find themselves in that situation, but when they do, having organisations like HeartKids by their side makes all the difference.

It was also such a pleasure to finally meet Sami, CEO of HeartKids, face to face. Thank you for your warmth, dedication and leadership, and to the entire HeartKids team for the extraordinary work you do every day supporting children and families navigating congenital and childhood-onset heart disease.

Thank you to everyone who attended, donated and supported the event. Together, we can help ensure more families receive the care, support and hope they need when they need it most. ❤️
