What will you do
👉Following up leads from company’s marketing and educational events;
👉Prospecting customers via cold/warm calling, referrals, networking and email marketing;
👉Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and referral partners;
👉Delivering in-depth and well-researched information that meet specific investment needs of your customers;
👉Implementing sound property investment strategies that assist your customers with their long-term wealth creation goals;
👉Providing services to your customers throughout the whole investment lifecycle, from purchase to settlement and beyond;
👉Keeping yourself updated with the latest property market trends.
Who we need
✅Have keen interest in property and be hungry to take your career to the next level;
✅Possess outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
✅Demonstrate abilities in decision-making and problem-solving;
✅Be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills;
✅Being bilingual in English and Mandarin/Vietnamese is advantageous.
