We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Property Manager with a great work ethic to join our team and manage a portfolio of 150 properties approx.
The role is supported by Department Head, New Business Development Manager, and a Leasing Consultant so you can concentrate on managing your portfolio.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day to day management of their properties
Processing & approving applications
Lease renewals & rental reviews
Completing Routine Inspections, Condition Reports, Final Inspections and Open for inspections when required
VCAT hearings
Assisting and training of junior team members
Saturday's as rostered, with a half day off in lieu the following Friday
Managing Tenancy Arrears
Repairs and maintenance
Achieving set KPI's & reporting to your Mentor
To be the successful candidate, you require:
Current Victorian Driver's License
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager and have a stable employment history
Propertytree knowledge an advantage
You will need to be highly organised, have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, superior time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
