River Resort Villas Lakeside Apartments and River Resort Villas are located in the quiet suburb of South Yunderup, midway between Mandurah and Pinjarra.

We offer short term holiday accommodation in either 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments or 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villas as well as long term tenancies in our villas. We are able to host small meetings/conferences for up to 50 delegates with our dedicated meeting room complete with AV equipment including LCD projector. The River Resort Tavern is just a short stroll, they are open 7 days a week offering "pub meals" or from Thursday to Sunday nights - full al-a-carte service in the upstairs restaurant complete with resident piano/vocalist. Our resort is perfect for a family or group getaway or equally for a quiet couples retreat from the stress of day to day life in the city.
