Some sales just hit differently.
15 Stuart Street, The Basin was one of those.
When my vendor first reached out, this wasn’t just a property—it was her childhood home. A place filled with memories of growing up, of family, of her father who had recently passed. You could feel the weight of that the moment we spoke.
One of her biggest fears was that the home would be sold only to be knocked down and subdivided… that everything it stood for would quietly disappear.
But sometimes, things align the way they’re meant to.
We found a young family who didn’t just see a block of land—they saw a home. A place to build their own memories, to raise their kids, to continue the story that had already been written within those walls.
Watching my vendor go from sadness and uncertainty… to relief, and ultimately genuine happiness, is exactly why I do what I do.
This wasn’t just a sale.
It was a passing of something meaningful—from one family to another.
