Crazy how quick this project has sold! There's still a few apartments left, only three of the lower priced north-facing units and a few canal facing options.

🛑 Important information for Labrador, Biggera Waters or Northern Southport home owners. If you live in the local area, then hopefully you're aware that the Gold Coast Council is proposing some big changes to the city plan which will impact the zoning and the value of your home.

What you may not be aware of is that a second round of consultations has just commenced. Council has scaled back many of the changes in response to feedback from the first round.

Whether you are for or against the changes, every local resident should be educated about the proposed changes & take the opportunity to voice their concerns or confirm their support through the Council's feedback system at https://cityplan.goldcoast.qld.gov.au/submissions/ #!/ up to 4th February 2020.
