Here are the property requirements:

1. Standalone house in Springwood or Daisy Hill area, with 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, two stories, and a land size ranging from 450m2 to 650m2. The budget for this property is up to $870,000.

2. Standalone house in areas such as Underwood, Slacks Hill, Woodridge, Kingston, or Marsden. The property should have 3-4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a land size of 900m2 or more in low-density zones, or 600m2 or more in low-medium density zones. The maximum budget for this property is up to $1,000,000.
