HAPPY FRIDAY | Earlier this week we attended the REIQ Roadshow to learn more about the new Anti-Money Laundering legislation coming into effect from 1 July 2026. It’s a big change for the real estate industry, and while there’s a lot to take in, we’re committed to making sure we’re prepared and informed so we can guide our clients through it smoothly.

One of the key takeaways is that there will be more identification checks and questions for both buyers and sellers as part of these new compliance requirements. Some of these questions may feel a little more personal than what people have been used to in the past, but they’re designed to help protect the integrity of property transactions across Australia.

As more information becomes available, we’ll continue learning, preparing, and sharing updates. If you’re thinking of selling, buying, or simply want to understand what these changes mean, our team is always here to help.

Period products are a basic necessity, yet so many women and girls go without. As mums of daughters, this one is close to our hearts. With the cost of living rising, access to sanitary items shouldn’t be something anyone has to stress about.

We’ve popped a donation box in our office at 11/320 Old Logan Road, Camira, and yes… Coco may or may not be sitting in it to get your attention 🐶 If you’re doing your weekly shop, grab a few extra items and drop them in to us. Pads, tampons, period un**es, reusable products, incontinence items, all in original packaging are welcome.
