Kerri & Ray Kennewell share a lifelong passion for real estate, offering clients a wealth of over 40 years combined real estate industry experience.

We’re a family business, offering the boutique, personalised service of a dedicated husband and wife sales team to all of our clients. Our focus is on bringing a human approach to the sale of real estate, which for us means being open and approachable as well as professional. We understand how to employ creative and cost-effective marketing to achieve the best results for our clients, combined with the local knowledge and industry experience to convert prospective purchasers into satisfied buyers.

Kerri Kennewell is an award-winning real estate professional with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. After a successful early career in high school arts education, Kerri turned her attention to real estate, establishing a highly respected and successful office with worldwide real estate sales organization Century 21, personally achieving consistent rankings in the top 2% of sales people within the organization worldwide.

After almost 10 years at the helm of their successful Century 21 office in coastal NSW, Kerri, along with husband Ray made the move to northeast Tasmania in pursuit of unique and outstanding property opportunities. Joining Roberts Real Estate in 2008 as a senior property consultant, Kerri progressed within that organization to manage the St Helens branch and gained recognition and multiple awards.

Ray Kennewell is an experienced company director, with a background in construction and property development that includes fifteen years at the helm of one of Newcastle, NSW’s most respected construction companies. From there it was a logical step toward a career in real estate sales, establishing with Kerri their real estate office in Port Stephens, NSW in 1999.

A licenced real estate professional with over 20 years’ experience in property development and sales, Ray brings to Kerri’s Coastal Realty a wealth of knowledge about real estate, management, training, staff motivation and support, not to mention an excellent understanding of the property market and the needs of clients and customers.

Fuelled by the local knowledge, experience and passion gained by living on the east coast and working to sell east coast Tasmanian property, at the end of 2016 Kerri and Ray launched their independent, boutique real estate sales business, Kerri’s Coastal Realty, based in St Helens at the gateway to the Bay of Fires, and servicing the wider east coast of Tasmania.

Together, Kerri and Ray are committed to placing at the core of our business the needs of our clients, and by building sound, lasting relationships, enabling us to deliver the excellent service that buyers and sellers have come to expect.
