As the year comes to a close, we want to thank our community, partners, collaborators, and clients who have been part of the TWT Property Group journey this year.

From meaningful construction milestones to deepening our commitment to art, culture, and place-led development, 2025 has been a year of steady progress and considered growth.

We’re proud of what has taken shape and grateful for the trust placed in us along the way.

Our office will close from 19 December and reopen on 5 January 2026. During this time, our team will be taking a short break to reset before the year ahead.

Strong momentum continues at our St Leonards project for TWT Property Group.

We have now poured Level 16 and have 1 level remaining to complete the structure. We remain on track to top out by early December.

The site is buzzing with finishing trades, which are now up to Level 9, and services rough-in is currently up to Level 11.

As the structure nears completion, our attention will move to scaffold and crane removal, external façade works, and public domain works at early 2026.
