I don't know anyone who would be this happy about cleaning...If you live at 47 Munro St, you will be though!

We clean all of our townhouses twice weekly including rubbish removal and all shared/ common bathrooms PLUS we also clean EVERY en-suite every two weeks.

This is a big deal for everyone who likes a clean house!

🌟 TELL YOUR FRIENDS! 🌟

We still have some beautiful rooms available for those studying at UQ this year.

If you refer a friend and they commit to a minimum 6 month lease by 31 January 2018, then we have an awesome thank you reward for you both!

The referrer gets a cool $150 cash, and the tenant, (the awesome person moving in) gets $150 off their rent in the first month!

FYI - To be eligible for the reward, the tenant must:
- have completed and submitted The Study Lounge booking form which we must then approve;
- paid their deposit;
- signed their lease; and
- confirm who referred them.
