Hello all,
I am writing to let you know that over the next few months, I will be working in a different role away from settlements, which I am both a little nervous and excited about!
This means that I will be placing VJM Settlements on hold and won’t be taking on any new settlement clients. I will complete the current deals that I have on board and will also remain licensed and able to transact should I decide to jump back into the settlement scene.
This hiatus will give me the opportunity to concentrate on my new position.
I would like to thank all of my wonderful, supportive clients, many of which are friends and family. I feel privileged that you have allowed me to help you during my 25 years in the settlement industry.

The banks are implementing a New Payments Platform where payments can be sent and received to bank accounts and funds accessed in real time! Your bank will let you know when PAYID is available, here's some info :)

It happened! No train trip to town today, VJM Settlements completed it's first online settlement today through PEXA. Still got butterflies waiting for it to settle, all done within 8 minutes, title available in new owners names within 15 minutes and all funds disbursed in half an hour!
