May 2026 Results 🏡

As we head into winter, May delivered another strong month across our McGrath West, Northwest, Northern District, Hills & Hawkesbury network.

We brought 187 properties to market, achieved 150 sales, and reached an impressive $211 million in sales volume. Across 2,065 open homes, our team connected with 6,043 buyers.

On the property management side, we hosted 425 open homes, met 1,063 tenants, leased 74 properties, and secured 58 new managements and maintained a 1.34% vacancy rate.
