Some sales are about far more than property.
We first met Graham and Sylvia through the wonderful community at the Hahndorf Bowling Club, proudly sponsored by Harcourts Adelaide Hills. Over the following year and a half, we simply kept in touch. Conversations about the market, updates on property values, and checking in to see how they were feeling about the future.
When the time finally came for them to downsize from their much loved home at 76 Wilpena Terrace, Aldgate, we walked through the process together step by step. From the pre-market preparations, to navigating the campaign itself, right through to settlement day, our goal was to make what can often feel overwhelming feel calm, clear and manageable.
We connected Graham and Sylvia with trusted trades and helped coordinate the moving parts along the way, although truthfully, they had everything beautifully organised themselves. Their home sold after just the second open inspection with a cash offer, allowing them to move into their retirement home smoothly and stress free.
