If I was young and trying to build wealth from scratch… I WOULD NOT waste money on Lamborghinis, Ferraris or expensive s**t just to impress people ❌❌❌
I’d buy ASSETS instead 🏢📈
Why? Because the fancy toys usually go DOWN in value… while the right property can help build REAL long-term wealth.
I grew up in poverty with NOTHING…

Most people want the lifestyle too early…
They want to live in the expensive suburb, drive the luxury car and look successful BEFORE they’ve actually built anything 🤦♂️
But the further you can delay trying to impress people you don’t even know… the further ahead you’ll get.
Yes, the property market is hard.
Yes, the cost of living is ridiculous.
Yes, the government makes stupid decisions.
But complaining won’t change your situation ❌
Sometimes you’ve got to eat s**t for a few years, make the sacrifice and keep pushing forward 💪
