Let’s talk about chaos… The kind that comes with big changes, bigger challenges and the drive to make it all work! That’s been my world lately.

For those who don’t know, I lead the property management teams in Subiaco and Hopetoun and we’ve recently expanded to include LJ Ho**er Scarborough.

Taking on a new team is one thing but modernising an entire office stuck in paperwork limbo? That’s another story. It’s been full-on—late nights, learning curves and a few “why did we do this?!” moments. But here’s the thing: I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Property management is never smooth sailing and honestly, that’s the beauty of it. It’s fast-paced, unpredictable and a constant exercise in problem-solving.

This latest challenge reminded me why I love what I do because it’s not just about properties, it’s about people.

So, if you’re a landlord, tenant or investor looking for someone who knows the hustle (and thrives in it), I’m here.

I’ll be sharing more of the wins, the struggles and the real talk about this industry as we move forward.

You know that one person, right?

The one who’s always there, no matter what.

The one you text a photo of a sofa to, even when you’re out shopping with your partner and you just need a second opinion.

The one who brings enough lunch to share, without even asking if you’ve eaten.

They get it. Without saying a word, they just know when something’s off.

They’re the one who’ll pick up the phone at 1am because they always have your back.

For me, that person is my sister.

She’s my person.

And I love her with all my heart.

Not just because she’s family, but because she’s always there, through everything.

But it’s not just about today; it’s about every day.
