Some seasons of life are about building.
And some are about knowing when it’s time to build something different.
After more than 25 years in real estate and 12 years of leading a business across multiple locations in WA, I’ve had the privilege of creating something I am incredibly proud of.
I’ve worked hard. Really bloody hard.
I’ve taken risks, backed myself, built teams, weathered change, celebrated some wonderful successes and carried more than most people will ever know.
But somewhere along the way, life has quietly taught me that there are things far more valuable.
Time.
Family.
The people who are still here.
The moments you can’t get back.
And the peace that comes when you finally understand what deserves your energy, and more so, what doesn’t.
Life has a funny way of showing you exactly what you need to see. Not always loudly.
Sometimes through change, sometimes through loss and sometimes simply through becoming a different version of yourself.
I’ve listened.
And I think that’s why this next chapter feels so right.
I’ve chosen to let go of the responsibility of ownership and give myself the freedom to simply be present for more of life.
Not because I have anything left to prove.
But because I have already built more than I ever set out to and I’m ready for a chapter that looks a little different.
One with more room for the people I love. More time for the things that matter. More freedom to be present for the life happening around me.
And perhaps most importantly, more energy for the parts of me that got a little lost while I was busy being everything to everyone else.
I’m not stepping away from real estate.
I still love this industry.
I still love property, people and the privilege of being trusted with some of life’s biggest decisions.
That part of me isn’t going anywhere.
But I’m choosing to do it differently now.
With a little less noise.
A little more perspective.
And a lot more peace.
