💙 One Year of Jen! 💙

This week marks one year since Jen joined the Tsokos team!

It’s hard to believe it’s only been a year — Jen has well and truly settled in and become such a valued part of the office.

With her years of real estate experience, genuine care for her clients and thoughtful approach, Jen brings so much to the team — along with some very popular four-legged visitors! First Lucy, and now Maxwell the puppy, who already has the whole office wrapped around his little paw.

From beautiful properties to puppy visits, it’s been a wonderful first year!

Today we’re celebrating someone who is generous, thoughtful, endlessly entertaining and always willing to go above and beyond for the people around him - sometimes before he’s had a chance to think it through! 😂

Chris is the kind of person who will always make time for someone, offer a helping hand and somehow have a story or a joke ready along the way. His big personality is matched by an even bigger heart, and there’s rarely a dull moment when he’s around.

🏡 A Look Back at July & What's Ahead

The past few weeks have been a busy and rewarding time at Tsokos Property, with new managements, successful settlements, leased properties and plenty more milestones just around the corner.

One settlement in July was particularly special.

More than 30 years ago, Chris helped Marilyn purchase 2/437 Rokeby Road, Subiaco during a difficult chapter in her life. Recognising the opportunity the property presented, he encouraged her to secure it before it even reached the market.

Last month, he had the privilege of helping Marilyn sell that same home as she begins an exciting new chapter, relocating to Wollongong to be closer to her daughters and grandson.

The keys have now been handed to Emilia, who is celebrating her very first home with her beloved dog, Boof. 💙

Moments like these are a reminder that real estate is about far more than buying and selling property. It's about people, relationships, and being part of life's biggest milestones - sometimes over decades.
