This morning, the team at Properties & Pathways gathered for our second Cultural Morning Tea—this time with a purpose close to our hearts and aligned with what we do best: property.

It was a pleasure to welcome to the office Andrew Hall, CEO of Perth Inner City Youth Service (PICYS), and Ashton Warrick, Director of Pride Professionals Network WA. Together, they’re launching the PICYS Legacy Project, an initiative to raise $400,000 to purchase a two-bedroom apartment here in Perth that will provide safe housing for at-risk and homeless youth in our community, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ youth (which we've now learnt are disproportionately impacted by homelessness).

The best part? The WA State Government will match all donations up to $400,000, increasing the impact twofold.

With our own Justin Smith involved as one of the project's volunteer working group, we're proud to support this brilliant cause and kickstart fundraising within our team. Properties & Pathways has committed to matching all team donations up to $500.
