Arcadia Waters Bicton turns 25!

We are still buzzing high from our silver anniversary celebration.

Delicious food, gorgeous decorations and the event's best kept secret, our waiters revealing themselves to be our surprise singing entertainment. It was magical to see everyone joining in the sing-a-long. Several residents even showed their dancing feet!

The final song of the sing-a-long "We are Family" resonated with everyone as we sang our hearts out. We are so grateful for our Arcadia Waters Bicton family and we know that our 25th Anniversary marks the start of more good things to come!

The grass is always greener once you don't have to mow a lawn anymore.

At Arcadia Waters Maddington, our village team look after the frontyards and communal lawns. Residents are able to enjoy living in a beautiful oasis without worrying about the lawn maintenance work.

After years of hard work, our freshly mowed green lawns are a wonderful sight to behold.

Since August 2022, our Arcadia Waters Bicton residents and village team have been working hard on our gardens. Their efforts have been rewarded with the most gorgeous blooms which were out in full force for our Open Day on 28th October.

Residents and visitors alike were able to better appreciate the flowers with our village tours on foot and bicycles. It was a wonderful day where everyone could meet over morning tea and browse through colourful stalls of books, pottery, plants, cakes, crafts and more! We look forward to appreciating more of our village grounds during springtime.

If you would like to view our beautiful gardens, come join our village tours conducted every Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon.

On Sunday 2nd October 2022, our Arcadia Waters Maddington residents celebrated the village's 20th anniversary with a fun-filled village fair. Our talented residents set up several stalls to showcase and sell their beautiful crafts, plants and bric-and-brac. The cafe was filled with mouth-watering aroma of morning tea and sausage sizzle while everyone enjoyed being entertained by a magician, live music and cultural dance.

Overall, it was a great way to celebrate our beautiful community and we can't wait for the next one!
