Blackburne Developments "Our Vision, Your Home"
WA's leading property developer, delivering award winning projects.

Since Blackburne’s inception in 2003, every year of that journey has allowed us to gain greater insight, expertise and understanding of our client’s needs. As curators and cultivators of luxury space, our collection is built for the future, today. Our sites are carefully selected, taking into consideration the location and the historical significance, we pride ourselves in being the custodians of legacy and paying tribute to those who came before us. We have a deep commitment to fulfilling our civic duty to the wider community by ensuring our projects strike a fair balance between urban space and the natural world. Social and environmental responsibility are at the forefront of our developments and are reflected in our implementations of verdant open spaces, reduction in carbon emissions and energy saving utilities. As we continue to deliver community-centred projects in WA, we remain dedicated to ensuring this space is enjoyed by many generations to come.

Beyond architectural distinction, true luxury lies in how a home enhances the rhythm of everyday life.

For Helen, living at One Subiaco means the freedom to lock up and travel at a moment's notice, paired with a warm, connected community. Having experienced the journey from initial design to reality, her story reflects the enduring standard behind every Blackburne development.

Thinking of buying off the plan? Barbara, now a resident at The Grove Residences by Blackburne, says it was one of the best decisions she ever made.

Today, she enjoys sweeping river and ocean views, more time for the things she loves, and a close-knit community of neighbours who have become lifelong friends.

It's a story that shows buying off the plan is about so much more than the apartment itself.

We recently welcomed guests to an exclusive w**e and cheese evening at the Ocean Grand City Beach display suite.

The evening offered a chance to experience the vision behind Ocean Grand firsthand, from the thoughtfully designed interiors to the lifestyle that awaits. Joining us on the night were Paul Blackburne and Jordan Ennis, alongside Annabell Charlton from Oakfield Strata, who provided guests with valuable insights into the off-the-plan purchasing process.

We're incredibly proud of what this development represents for City Beach, and nights like these remind us why.

The team recently hosted an exclusive evening at our Eclipse display suite, bringing together a group of guests to explore the realities of apartment living.

Paul Blackburne, Nathan Morton-Smith and Callum Wilson shared practical insights into buying off the plan, rightsizing and how strata works in a real-world sense, followed by an open Q&A with the group.

It was fantastic to see so many people exploring the vision for Eclipse, our boutique riverside development designed for a low-maintenance, luxury lifestyle in the heart of South Perth.
