Thank you to Karl Gillespie at LJ Ho**er Sunnybank Hills for auctioning for the first time in Bayanihan Festival history 2 of Manny Pacquiao’s gloves.

Congratulations to the 2 highest bidders of the Manny Pacquiao gloves, Ace Tamayo and Elwyn Gabutero (one glove each) for raising almost $5,000!!!

The proceeds have been donated to Operation Smile and the homeless people in the Philippines!

God bless you all for your gracious hearts.

Just got this video from our videographer after my team and I hosted an auction last Sunday at 3 Holyrood St, Calamvale 😁🎥 I sold this magnificent Plantation home to these buyers 2 years ago, and after buying their dream house in Sydney, they were ready to move on. The sellers were eager for am easy sale and tried to sell the property off-market with another agent. After no success with the other agent, my old buyers re-approached me to sell their home. After listening to our advice, we took 3 Holyrood to auction; with 11 bidders and on a Sunday, we sold this luxurious 2-storey home for $1,356,000!! The second highest price for a house in Calamvale on a 600-700m2 block!! 😁

Every year the Cancer Council do many fundraising events in efforts to raise money for cancer research, prevention, support and related services across Australia, and one of their most popular is “Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea”. ☕️ Our team wanted to get involved in a good cause and be a part of such a rewarding fundraising event, so we will be hosting our own Morning Tea at our office on the 17th of May at 10am in efforts to raise money for the Cancer Council!! We think hosting this tea will be a fun way to support the Cancer Council event and help save lives – we invite you to come if you can!!

This year Cancer Council are hoping to get more people involved and raise over $12 million, to fund research, prevention and related services for those affected by cancer. We are hoping to raise at least $1000 at this event!! Every dollar we raise goes to a very worthwhile cause, we hope you can be there to support this event 😊
