From our humble beginnings, about eleven years ago, we were a small but hard working real estate agency based in Sunnybank Hills. During that time, we concentrated mainly on property management because that was our core business. We were small because we wanted to deliver more quality than quantity. Working on such foundations, the principal finally decided in July 2002 that we had a lot more to offer and embarked to build up our agency. We went along quietly to build up our team and recruited staffs with the same ideals. One thing led to another and as time went on; our business grew by word of mouth. Much of our success is attributed to our existing clientele referring us to their families, friends and acquaintances. From these relationships more and more business came our way. In early 2005, the business had outgrown the premises. A decision was made to Rh Robertsonpush forward and to capitalize on the business relationships we have built. To go about this challenge, we joined the Raine & Horne franchise and moved to Sunnybank. Raine & Horne is a trusted name in the real estate industry, has a large network of real estate professionals and systems in place to cater for our clients and customers needs. These were just some of our considerations to join the group. We are members of the REIQ. We abide by their Code of Ethics and also enjoy the benefits of their educational programs. When dealing with our clients and customers we believe ethics, integrity and how we conduct ourselves are most important. We win a substantial amount of repeat business because of our reputation. Our multilingual team is also a great benefit to our office because of the high concentration of overseas migrants, especially from Asia, coming into Sunnybank. A high proportion of our business come from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and of course here in Australia.
