This purchase was a special one, this amazing family initially contacted me to work a different property directly with the owner, that property ended up not the best fit for them, the property we purchased was actually under contract but had a sunset clause due to a subject to sale, unfortunately the other buyers had some issues with their agent and the sale was struggling, we came in and negotiated the right terms to buy the property, I feel for the other family but my clients were my priority, this was the perfect fit for my clients and the kids are enjoying the new footy field paddock and motorbikes will be next on the list.
