Danya Cook Town Planning is a boutique consultancy based on the Sunshine Coast, providing specialist town planning services Queensland wide. Danya has over sixteen years of private town planning practice experience across the South East Queensland region. Danya’s local knowledge and expert planning skills have gained her great exposure to the Sunshine Coast Council, Noosa Shire Council, Gympie Regional Council, Somerset Regional Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council and Brisbane City Council among others. With that, Danya has established a valuable network of connections within the industry including key staff in the regions’ local and state governments. Danya’s town planning and development advisory experience is diverse and includes a wide range of development projects spanning across Queensland, including residential subdivision, aged care and retirement, medium and high rise residential, mixed-use, shopping centres, commercial, industrial, extractive industry and community uses.
