Since 2009, we’ve called Mooloolaba home.
Back then, our office looked out onto the Council Car Park. Today, directly across that same zebra crossing, the coast’s first true 5-star hotel — Avani — is opening its doors.
Let that sink in.
We’ve watched this town change, grow, and come into its own. Avani is here. The foreshore redevelopment is well underway. The energy on the ground is something else.
Mooloolaba has never looked better — and we’re excited to be apart of it for the decades ahead.
The best years for Mooloolaba living, working and lifestyle are still ahead.

Nine years ago, a young man walked into our world — persistent, eager, and ready to build a career.

Starting as a Sales Associate, Justin embraced the training, mentorship, and network around him, laying the foundations for what has become an outstanding career. Today, he stands firmly established as Birtinya’s leading agent.

Today we invested time with champions of our industry—and champions of people. I couldn’t be prouder of the desire, drive, and ambition shown by our team. We’re united by a shared commitment to growth, and it’s clear: our best is yet to come.

Today, our team celebrates 10 years of Steve Allen goodness at Ray White Mooloolaba, a decade of energy, integrity, and great results.

I’ve known Steve for 20 years — he’s one of my closest mates, a true confidant, and one of the best blokes you’ll ever meet. To be able to share the real estate ride with one of your best mates is something pretty special, which I’m forever grateful for.

Over the last decade, Steve’s been one of our most consistent performers, the guy everyone turns to in the office, and is known right across the Coast for his friendly nature, tireless work ethic, and genuine care for people.

Thanks, mate for everything you do for all those around you. You always have and always will light up every room (and every party).
