Construction typically takes approximately 12 weeks once approvals and materials are received. During this time there are 5 standard construction phases:

1. Footings & Flooring
2. Frame Completion
3. Lockup (roof, windows and cladding installed)
4. Fittings (plasterboard)
5. Final Completion – You will do a walk-around with your builder to ensure you are happy before final payment

GRANNY FLAT BUILDING APPROVAL

Approvals can be daunting and confusing for most. However, knowledge is power, and when you know what is required it can be straight forward.

Rest assured with Site Investigation Report you can ensure that your project will be feasible. We specifically design to Council requirements so there is no wasted time or money on a design that cannot be approved.

Our teams will also assist with Development Approval (where required) and your Building Approval.
