I am offering my services to owners who want to make their property a lucrative investment. Free advice as to how best present the home to keep it a low maintenance property. Advertise and market property for rental. Show property to prospective tenants. Screen tenants as thoroughly as possible. Negotiate Lease and subsequent renewals. Prepare and facilitate lease signing. Collect funds from tenant prior to occupancy. Property Management includes the following:



Lease enforcement with tenant. Provide owner with annual income tax documents. Collect rental payments from tenant. Funds disbursed to owner midmonth and the 1st of each month. Routine inspections with reports sent to owners. Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs. Provide property status updates as available. End of year statement showing all income along with your expenses. This will make it easy for your accountant. Misplaced statements not a problem, I will send a copy as soon as you contact me. I have a list of tradespeople in all aspects of property care. This includes electricians, plumbers, carpenters, gardeners, slashers and bond cleaners. I work closely with all the above tradespeople to ensure prompt and professional services for our owner’s investments and tenants safety and comfort. Maintenance photos are taken and sent to owners once jobs have been completed.

I have a team of qualified and experienced tradespeople who cover all aspects of property care. This includes electricians, plumbers, carpenters, gardeners, slashers and bond cleaners. I work closely with them to ensure prompt and professional services – for the sake of our owner’s investments and the safety and comfort of our tenants. Completed maintenance jobs are photographed and copies sent to owners to ensure their satisfaction.
