Mountain Creek and Brightwater Estate have experienced yet another stellar year of property growth. House prices are up by 14% with townhouse prices increasing approx 12%.

Over the past 10 years I've had the privilege of watching the market grow from a median of $537,000 in 2015 to an extraordinary $1,130,000.

Infrastructure, convenience, lifestyle and education continues to drive the local market, while a substantial decrease in new listings throughout 2025 compounded with government grants and increased buyer demand have pushed property prices to record highs.
