While global events can influence confidence and decision-making, our local market is being driven by something much more consistent: lifestyle demand. People are still choosing to live here, invest here, and make long-term moves to secure a place on the Coast.

Buyers are taking a more considered approach, but they’re still active and engaged. They’re asking the right questions, doing their research, and when the right property comes along, they’re ready to act.

Sale prices have ranged from $725,000 through to $3,800,000, with an average of $1,362,258 🏡

This has been all thanks to 28 families that have engaged us to help them on their property journey 💫

We share this simply to give a snapshot of current activity in the marketplace. The year has started with really good momentum, and it will be interesting to see how Quarter 2 unfolds as broader economic conditions continue to evolve.

At this stage, we’re noticing more sellers choosing to come to market sooner rather than later.
