It’s tax time, and a great time for you to consider your financial position. There are so many benefits to owning an investment property and redirecting some of your tax dollars towards buying yourself a prime asset – it is a no-brainer!

There is now clear evidence that the capital cities downturns are coming to an end. The best time to invest is at the beginning of the growth cycle. So combine some of the tax you give to the ATO, with a tenants rental income, and you can buy a property with very little to no weekly cost. I can even show you examples where investment properties actually put money back in your pocket each week. You would be surprised just how easy it can be.
