The RBA has kept the cash rate on hold, providing buyers and sellers with greater certainty as they navigate the property market.

One of the biggest challenges we're seeing across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast is a shortage of quality stock, with many sellers choosing to wait before bringing their properties to market.

At the same time, a large number of buyers remain on the sidelines waiting for greater confidence around interest rates and market conditions. This has created a unique window of opportunity, with less competition and greater negotiating power for active buyers looking to secure quality homes.

In any market, having the right strategy is key. Understanding local market conditions and knowing when to act can make all the difference.

What a beautiful morning in Noosa today. ☀️🌊

I started the day with a coffee by the water, taking in everything that makes this part of Queensland so special. There’s something about mornings like this that reminds you just how lucky we are to call Queensland home.

I was also keeping an eye out for Kevin Costner while I was there... but no luck this time! 😄

On a more serious note, there’s a lot being said about the property market at the moment. Some people are waiting, some are worried, and others are wondering whether now is the right time to buy.

Relocating from Canberra to North Brisbane while running businesses and raising 3 children was becoming overwhelming for our clients.

Trying to research suburbs, understand values, inspect properties from interstate and make the “right” decision without local knowledge was becoming too difficult and time consuming.

Having a buyer’s agent to guide them meant less stress, clearer direction and a far smoother experience during what can often feel like a very overwhelming process.
