Over the last few months we've been deep diving into the new Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme, and it's something anyone buying in the region should have on their radar.

It's currently back with council following public consultation, with release expected sometime in the New Year.

Once it comes through, it's set to bring changes to zoning and height restrictions across several key areas, particularly the beachside strip from Buddina through to Wurtulla, Bokarina, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlands.
