With equipment suited to everything from bodyweight exercises and stretching to strength and cardio, residents can train outdoors, no membership or booking needed.

It’s easy to fit into a morning walk, a quick session after work or even a workout while the kids are at the park! 💪🏼

The Bloody Long Walk is coming up and it’s a great reminder of the variety of events that happen right on our doorstep!

Taking place this Sunday, the walk raises funds for a cure to mitochondrial disease by offering participants with a range of distances so people can get involved at their own pace.

The finish line is at Northern Parklands at Mooloolaba.

📣 PSA: Peet Communities partners with the Black Dog Institute to support families via access to practical mental health resources.

This May, parents and carers can join a free online session focused on teen mental health. The 90-minute webinar is designed to help you better understand what your teen may be experiencing, how to recognise when support is needed and how to start the conversation.

The sessions is led by a clinical psychologist and youth advisor and it offers clear, practical guidance you can apply at home.
