This is a dreadful mess.

This is heartbreaking.

The rental crisis is gripping our state and affecting Queenslanders who just need a roof over their head.

Those who have money for rent cannot get a rental because of poor planning from this State Government.

We have been calling on the State Government to act on the housing crisis for years.

Finally, a housing summit will be held.

This shows that the State Government has acknowledged it’s a state issue.

The housing summit must include 👇

🎯 Targets for social housing

🏘 Plans to accelerate land release

💸 Review of land tax that is affecting renters

🏠 Plans to partner with the community housing sector

🛠 Accountability to deliver projects on time and on budget

Queenslanders deserve a government that can plan, lead and deliver.
