30 Sales in April throughout the 2092 2093 and 2094 postcodes...

Australian home values rose 1.6% over the three months to April 2026, marking the softest quarterly increase in the national Home Value Index since April 2025. While values continue to trend higher, the pace of growth has moderated as the market transitions into softer conditions. Annual growth reached a cyclical peak of 10.0% in February, however the easing in monthly gains since late 2025 suggests the annual rate of growth is likely to continue slowing over coming months.
