Sat down with Grant Brix | Commercial Real Estate from our Inner North Brisbane office the same week he rebranded to X. Within the hour we’d recorded a podcast, watched new signage go up then completely lost the plot laughing about something else entirely.

That’s the bit you can’t manufacture.

We are excited to announce the opening of X Commercial South Brisbane, our second Queensland office and another important step in the continued growth of our network across Australia and New Zealand.

Led by Andrew Nadinic, the new office brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial property, construction and development to the South Brisbane market.
