There’s a huge amount of work that goes into a building before it ever starts to rise above ground.

At Live in Caringbah, work below ground means excavation, foundations, basement structure, waterproofing and services - all carefully coordinated before construction can really start moving upwards.
It’s one of the most complex stages of construction, and eventually, almost all of it will be hidden from view.

Last week we held our first pre-settlement tour day for The Macquarie Collection and the energy spoke for itself!

Future residents got to tour their new homes for the first time, meet the team behind the build, and connect with partners on site covering everything from strata to window furnishings and furniture fit-outs.

We are so excited to have had the chance to welcome residents to their new homes! 🏡
