🚧 Project Award | The Macquarie Collective, Halifax Street - Landmark Group Australia 🚧
Halifax Street is a project that hits home for Moits. Landmark Group Australia ’s The Macquarie Collection is a significant project for the Macquarie Park area, with the trio of towers providing residential apartments, communal and retail spaces designed with community in mind. With a design that makes the most of Macquarie Park’s natural environment, The Macquarie Collection takes the best parts of the local area and brings them to life in one exciting project.
Moits is grateful for the opportunity to help bring value to Macquarie Park — our home since 2018. With the early stages of bulk excavation well underway, work is progressing quickly thanks to Moits’ fleet of machinery and the hard work of our operators.
Moits currently has its D475 Komatsu Dozer and a group of our Komatsu Excavators — ranging from 22-70t — on site attending to essential bulk excavation works including ripping, hammering, saw-cutting and loading. Our trucks are also providing crucial support to the project, collecting the excavated materials and distributing it to Rock & Dirt for processing.
This project is a testament to the skill of our team: managing so many moving parts takes a combination of precise coordination, organisational skills and work ethic that Moits specialises in.
