👀 April Market Matters | Northern Beaches Update

Despite the usual autumn slow-down with school holidays, Easter, Anzac Day and the Federal Election, the Northern Beaches market stayed active in April. With 42 properties sold, 1,766 buyers met, and 171 appraisals completed, we’re seeing strong engagement as homeowners and buyers gear up for winter. 💪

The rental market also moved fast, with 37 properties leased, averaging just 6 days on market and achieving an average weekly rent of $1,046.

What’s next? With buyer demand holding strong, winter is shaping up to be anything but quiet. ❄️🏡
