RBA cuts cash rate for first time since November 2020 in huge boost for homeowners.

The official cash rate has been cut from 4.35 to 4.10 percent.

The board have stated “Inflation has fallen substantially since the peak in 2022, as higher interest rates have been working to bring aggregate demand and supply closer towards balance.”

This is great news for all homeowners and investors alike.

Mortgage holders have been given much-needed breathing room, with the Reserve Bank announcing inflation has fallen enough for Australia to begin its rate-cutting cycle.
