This week, we want to look after one of them.

Two of our wonderful clients, Ashlea Merlo and Stephanie Livoti from The Property Collab, had booked to join us at the REGROWTH November Retreat but can no longer attend. Rather than simply letting the opportunity go, they have generously offered their place back to the property management community.

PPG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE 2026

220 property management professionals. One room. Plenty of conversations worth having.

Yesterday in Melbourne I had the absolute privilege of MCing the 2026 Property Profile Group Property Management Conference and kicking off the day with my keynote:

“Stop Managing the Legislation. Start Managing the Trust.” From Andrew Nguyen and Robert Gallo of Castellan Consulting tackling key tenancy legislation issues, to Sarah Denholm on Confidence to Conversation, Canna Campbell on financial health, and Meshel Laurie closing the speaker program with “Calm is the New Productive”, it was a day packed with practical insights and important conversations. For me, the message running through the day was simple:

Better conversations.
Greater ownership.
Stronger relationships.
More trust.

A huge thank you to Property Profile Group for the opportunity to MC, speak and spend the day with 220 property management professionals. And thank you to everyone who showed up, leaned into the conversations, connected with each other and contributed to such a fantastic day.

Now comes the most important part.

Taking the ideas out of the conference room and putting them into action.
